I’m a movement coach based in New York City, with 8+ years experience in the fitness industry. Coming from a professional background in media production, I meld my passion for movement with creativity, community, and collaboration.

Beyond training with clients, I collaborate with studios and fitness professionals for a variety of projects; workshops, community events, movement productions, and studio consultations.
One-on-one and partner sessions are available for both in-person and virtual training.

I had the pleasure of speaking on the Emergence Podcast focusing on all things motherhood, training for prenatal + postpartum, and navigating change.
Nike Trainer (2022-2025)
As a Nike Trainer in New York City, I got to be a part of the Nike training community; leading events, joining community workout classes, and participating in brand initiatives.
Good Move TV
I helped produce the studio’s first year of videos for their on-demand class platform, Good Move TV. I shot and edited videos of instructors teaching classes of various modalities such as dance, Pilates, strength, and cardio.
ABOUT ME
I’m Kat Zenger-Atienza; a first generation Filipina American, mama to my sweet toddler and fur baby, residing in Ridgewood, Queens.
I’m a lifelong athlete, with training experience in competitive figure skating and long distance running. I began my career in fitness running and operating a boutique strength and conditioning studio in Brooklyn, and as a co-owner I helped grow the business from one to three locations.
To me, movement is an opportunity for self expression, a practice to help you connect with yourself over and over again, and an exploration of what you are capable of. I believe that movement should be joyful, sustainable, and accessible to all.
Every body is different, every journey is different, and our aspirations change as we change. My goal is to help my clients feel strong and capable in their bodies, through the phases and changes that life presents.
